Due to an overwhelming response this year, our contracted room block at the Gaylord Opryland (headquarters) Hotel, the Inn at Opryland (overflow) and the Hyatt Place (overflow) Hotel are sold out. And, because there are several other events going on at the same time, it has been difficult to secure additional rooms at surrounding hotels.

There are several rooms remaining at the Sheraton Music City hotel. The Sheraton is about six minutes away (between the Gaylord and the airport). The host council will provide shuttles to the Gaylord.

The Sheraton room rate is $149 and rooms are available for check-in July 29 and checkout August 5. Deadline for reservations is 5 p.m. Thursday, June 29. One night’s room and tax ($185.75) will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation.

WHEN THESE ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT, THERE ARE NO OTHERS CLOSER THAN THE NASHVILLE AIRPORT AND RATES ARE AVERAGING $250-$335.

Reservations must be made online. If you phone the hotels directly and someone advises you to book at a higher standard rate, we are unable to change that rate. If you book via a third-party booking agent (Expedia, hotels.com, AAA, etc.), we are unable to make any changes.

Please do not CANCEL your current convention hotel reservation without notifying us first at PAWHousing@gmail.com. This is necessary to assure we have access to all rooms that become available.

Consider bookmarking this page as it will be updated as additional timely information becomes available.

In 2015, Crisette authored her first children’s affirmation book entitled “My Future Is So Bright . . . . . . Dream BIG” (crisetteellis.com). She is also one of the authors of a new book entitled “The Force of Friendship”, 100 powerful inspirational messages which is a collaborative effort between Lady Crisette and 6 of her very successful and phenomenal friends.
