BISHOP A. GLENN BRADY

1st Assistant Presiding Bishop

Bishop A. Glenn Brady became the pastor of the New Bethel Church in Kansas City, KS in June of 2009. Under his leadership as pastor, the membership has grown to over 600 members along with the on-going development of nearly 25 ministries, as well as the establishment of the NBC Community Development Corporation to facilitate additional outreach projects in the Kansas City Metropolitan community. A ministry campus was acquired in 2011 on over 4 acres of land.

Bishop Brady is the CEO of The Brady Resource Group, a leadership & ministry consultancy. In addition, he also has served on many community initiates including the Advisory Board for Vibrant Health Neighborhood Clinics in Kansas City, KS, the Wyandotte Health Equity Task Force, and the KCK Attorney General’s Interfaith-Faith Liaison Board, and many others. Graduating from Youngstown State University with his bachelor’s degree in business administration, he furthered his education by attending the University of Akron’s School of Law in Akron, Ohio, and in 2019 he completed the Executive Leadership for Ministers Program at Howard University School of Business in Washington, DC. In 2003, he received from Aenon Bible College in Indianapolis, IN an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree.

After serving as the General Secretary for the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. for 10 years, in 2013 he was elevated to the office of the Bishopric and assigned as the diocesan over the 46th Episcopal District. Bishop Brady has a long list of service in PAW leadership that extends for over fifty (50) years including having served as an Executive Editor for The Christian Outlook and, since its inception, served as a member of the Executive Bishops’ Council. In July of 2026, Bishop Brady was elected as the 1st Assistant Presiding Bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc.

A gifted speaker, educator, lecturer and author, Bishop Brady has traveled extensively around the world, having visited all 50 states in the United States and over 60 countries on all seven continents. Specializing in leadership development, he is sought after around the world as a seminar presenter and inspirational speaker. He married Angela R. Watts in 1982, who often joins him in ministry.
