Live session. Presenters will explore the topic of “The Fatigue Epidemic” and how to address stress, anxiety, and burnout in a pandemic world. They will address the relevance of fatigue and how it has impacted church leadership and will provide support in terms of coping strategies for issues of anxiety, isolation, burnout, and depression in a post-pandemic world in 2021.

Live session. Presenters will explore the topic “Serving Those Who Have Served for 2021 and Beyond”. They will address the challenges and changes that have taken place in the virtual church from the perspective of isolation and grief within the church body. Specifically, the Covid-19 Pandemic that has challenged the veteran population, their spouses, and families within the church. We want to encourage veterans, spouses, and families to seek mental health services and provide them with resources within the national framework in 2021.

Live session. Presenters will address “Embracing Our New Normal and How to Have Church in a Covid-19 Season”. They will emphasize the variety of ways in which the church has been impacted, from how we have services, how we stay connected, new ways of doing Evangelism safely, maintaining a healthy mindset by managing stress, and other self-care measures. The church is sitting on the precipice of a trajectory for how we move forward in these changing times, not only in terms of the Covid-19 influence in terms of safety, sanity, and service in2021.
