10 years ago, God called Pastor Billy to a new endeavor as shepherd of a 63 year old ministry in the City of Richmond, CA with 14 years of ministerial experience. Only the help of God could prepare him for this great honor and challenge. After formerly focusing on mind transformation and maturing in Christ, Pastor Billy recently shifted the focus of the Bethel Church, aka “The House”, to believing in, belonging to, and becoming like Christ. This God inspired redirection has birthed more intense praise, impactful worship, and deliberate spiritual growth. This increase has also overflowed into the community and fostered new partnerships. One key partnership developed an additional income stream by providing “The House” environment as support for the bereaved needing to find comfort in God’s presence. Pastor Billy has a passion for 21st Century out-of-the-box ministry and a commitment to sustainable change.
