A. All individuals, regardless of rank or license, must be registered for the 2026 International Summer Convention in order to vote in a PAW Executive Officer Election and/or PAW Auxiliary Election. You can register in advance at www.pawinc.org or on site. Registration fees will apply.

B. In order to vote in the PAW Executive Officer Election, you must be:

• Registered with the PAW 2026 International Summer Convention
• Hold an unexpired ministerial license (OR) Present a lay member delegate letter from your Diocese
• Present proof of registration and ministerial license OR delegate voting letter at the time of voting

C. In order to vote in the PAW Auxiliary Election, you must be:

• Registered with the PAW 2026 International Summer Convention
• Present proof of registration at the time of voting

D. Voting will be held on Tuesday July 21, 2026 through Friday July 24, 2026 in the Indiana Convention Center. Voting hours will be as follows:

• Tuesday July 21: 9 am to 6 pm
• Wednesday July 22: 9 am to 6 pm
• Thursday July 23: 9 am to 6 pm
• Friday July 24: 9 am to 4 pm
